Levels Of Care For A Long-Term Stay
Lifestyle Support residents are primarily independent with their personal care needs. These monthly rates include medication management, regular nursing visits, twenty-four (24) hour onsite staff providing personal care monitoring for lifestyle support with stand-by assistance.
Standard Personal Care residents typically need daily hands-on care for ambulation, have occasional incontinence, and some physical assistance with activities of daily living.
Advanced Personal Care includes daily hands-on care for non-ambulatory residents with incontinence care, may be a high fall-risk or require additional care for behavioral reasons, and require physical assistance with most activities of daily living.
