... our experience has been pleasant so far. We've have been with Wilson for about a year. We have the aide come by only once a week to visit my mom - so we are at the minimum level of care visits. Because of this we had a lot of different aides rotate in and out in the beginning. However, recently we got one that has been steady for awhile and seems to be working out very well. As with any people contact business, you really have to find the right 'fit' of personalities. In our case it's going well so far (of course until we get some one else). Overall the service has been good - and no big issues - just a few tweaks here and there concerning what the aide is to do or not do. We went with Wilson because they have been around for a long time - and as an organization, they monitor their aides regularly, are very prompt in replying or contacting us for any reason.
