We are excited to invite you to the upcoming Senior Health & Fitness Fair on Thursday, May 7, 2026, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. This free event will be held at the Hawaii Okinawa Center (94-587 Ukee St., Waipio) and features an array of insightful presentations tailored for seniors. Join Roy Arakaki for a restorative Yoga and Tai Chi session, or attend “Am I a Fall Risk?” and “Community Mobility for Seniors” with Occupational Therapist Joni Kamiya.
In addition to these great educational opportunities, attendees have a chance to win a 4-night California Hotel stay with meals for two, courtesy of Vacations Hawaii!
